Sue’s Education Tips
Ordering Numbers
Hi, this is for those younger children who may need some extra help.
1. Make number cards up
to five, shuffle them around, then help your child put those cards in numerical
order, over time, add 6, then 7 etc.

2. When they have
finished the sequence, say the numbers with them
3. Before you add the next number, ask
them to do it on their own a few times so that you know when they are ready to
move on.
4.Also, when you have a larger sequence, you can randomly point to a number and ask them what it is.

NOTE: Let children do this at their own
pace because some may take longer than others
