When Hannah
starts dating Mason, she cannot believe her luck. He is handsome, rich, kind
and considerate, and lives in a world she can only dream about.
Unfortunately,
Hannah is shy and not as confident as she appears and sometimes, it makes
things difficult for her, as she tries to adapt to a life of wealth and privilege.
But against
the odds, she falls in love with Mason and wants to lose her virginity to him,
but he has other ideas and rejects her; stating that she is giving herself away
too cheaply.
She is
devastated, and when she meets his ex-girlfriend, who is the most beautiful woman
she’s ever seen, she feels inadequate; especially as she suspects he may be
sleeping with her.
Then, out of
the blue, he relocates to America and she is heartbroken.
However, Mason
eventually returns home, and having missed her, he tries everything he can to
win her back. Sadly, jealousy, heartbreak and rejection stands in the way of her
making a commitment, but he perseveres.
Eventually, they
do get together, but life is not straightforward, and whenever things seem to
be going their way, something always comes along to ruin it.
Over time,
Hannah’s dreams of a fairy tale romance fade, when she realises, that the happy
ever after scenario she craves so much is a pipe dream.
However, as
her confidence grows, she takes matters into her own hands and discovers an
inner strength that allows her to move on with her life.
